Which graphics card is better?

Was wondering if any one could help me? My girlfriend has got a pc with a intel R 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV graphics card, which doesn't seem much good at doing anything!! I have a riva m64/32mb card and weas wondering if i bothered to fit this card and disable the other would it run better?

How about this MSI NX8800GT 512M OC GeForce 8800GT 512MB? I just upgraded from my 8600 to it, works well for me. i'd say this is one of the best deals for the 512 8800gt.
