HI, anybody who knows which software is best to creat a website with the database and the buying selling options.

Do you mean which software or which language? I would go for php and MySQL (obviously html, etc. as well). As far as software goes, just use a text editor.

A visual editor may add some extra benefit if you are a beginner. Frontpage, dreamweaver, visual web developer, eclipse.. there are plenty of them.

The easiest to work is Frontpage .And Eclipse the most complicated one .Yu should start with Frontpage if you want to create a static website.

Frontpage is not reliable, if you can affor it you should go with dreamweaver. If that is expensive, you can try Visual web developer from microsoft.
Eclipse is IDE designed for writing code in various languages and just now it is trying to break in multimedia part of world so it is still difficult to use, especialy for designers of no knowledge in coding
Learn to see in another's calamity the ills which you should avoid.

I understand the question to be about making a site with a storefront. There are lots of options. First check out what your host already offers if you have one. If not, oscommerce is a free and fairly easy storefront to configure.
