The only complaint that I have with a lot of websites including yours is that the homepage is too long...

People use the homepage to find out what the website is about and then continue on from there..

Not only is the home page too large it also contains too many graphics which makes downloading very very time consuming. I think many people will just cancel out and ignore your site altogether because of how long it takes to load the home page.
