hey all. I'm running WP Pro and have been having a lot of trouble with and error on shut down, namely rundll32.exe. I read some other post and used hijack this so I will post the log and the end of this. I had a friend explain the basis of the problem to me, however he is out of town and said he would rather be here himself to try to fix in the talk me through it over the phone. First of all, there is a notice at the top of this forum requesting all hijackthis logs be posted in the security section, so this thread will probably be moved soon.

Next, did you try using System Restore to return your system to a point before you started having this problem? If you did, or do, and it doesn't work, try the fix at this link:

If you still don't have any luck, update your hijackthis using either the Update feature within it or from here:

Close all open windows before scanning and post the new log.
