Very new to Asp.net and need vb.net code for login validation......
Can i get any help please ?

I've designed the front end in MS visual studio .net and it contains a username n password field and a login button .

HAve created the table in SQL

NOw i need to connect these two and authenticate .....

What steps should i follow ?

there's two things you can do in .NET. YOu can use the membership provider included with .NET, or you can do it custom.

There are many good login scripts here, and I have made a few as well here also.
