hwo thread between 3 member come first???

this about HTTP request processing,
or more than that
network, router, internet, server and database????

Depends on the timestamp. If you reply first, your post will come first ! And I don't know how this will change if a new member(girl) opens a thread !

It may depend on the time stamp or any particular id or anything based on what you are sorting your comments. So, the answer to your question is, it depends on the code.
