Hi folks,
I wonder what software on Open Source is used for creating the moving tabs on top and at bottom of following website;

If you talking about that animated effect on top that is Flash, also same apply to bottom moving text that is again Flash animation

Thanks for your advice.
Finally I found it on Open Source named "marquee tag". You can find tons of this technology on Internet. It is built on JAVA. IIRC I came across an Open Source software before similar to Flash, something like ... javaSWF. This is time I prefer coding rather than clicking around on screen with mouse. I'll stick on "marquee tag"
