I have a PS/2 laser mouse. I have it set at the lowest possible double-click rate there is. But it still clicks 3 times to my one tap. I don't know whats going on with it. But anytime i try to click something it either highlights it or makes me go somewhere i didn't intend to go. I have ran my troubleshoot page on my computer and it can't help me. My computer itself is a dell dimension 2400. It has been updated and has had new hard drives and graphics cards put in. It also has had new programming put in for the mouse and keyboard set. My keyboard works fine.

Are you using Windows Vista or XP or another Operating System?

If suggest going to the manufacturers website and download the latest drivers for your Mouse and Keyboard. These get updated frequently.
