For some reason lately, whenever I run a fullscreen application (like a game) on my usual 1680x1080 resolution... it seems to revert back to 800x600 when I exit said fullscreen app. I can set my monitor to anything else but 1680x1080 and it is quite annoying. The only way to make it display my desired resolution again is to update/rollback my graphics driver.

Can somebody help me?
