develop a web based application I am to develop a web based application for a telephone company.
I am a novice so plz be deliberate and detailed in your solution.
The company has a set of exchanges at various places and needs a daily status of their circuits and calls made by the customers at all the places.
It has a network of media between all these places.
They need a web based application where all the exchanges at different locations can update their data on a daily basis and sitting at the hub one can get all the possible status of eveything updated over the LAN.
Can somebody suggest a solution plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.........

Nobody will do such project for free. You either gone pay lot of mones if it is school assigment or expect long/short monologue from boss about your skills (this depends on boss state of mind)
