[VB.NET] How to add grip to the form?

Hello..
Do you guys know how to add a grip to the form (in VB.NET), or is this even possible?
I mean like.. if you have disabled the borders of the form, so there is no title bar and the form
is completely flat, but you still need to add a grip, so you can move the form around the
screen.
How is this done? Couldn't find this question from the forums though...
