Idea.
I have developed a business plan around a Web 2.0 social networking site. The offline market in this space is $300+ billion/ year. The market is quickly moving online (currently $18 billion). People involved in this industry are interested in connecting online but there is no service for them yet.

There are no direct competitors and the market players (MySpace, Facebook, etc) aren't setup to capitalize on this market (efficiently).

Who I'm looking for.
Right now, I have a marketable idea and I want to partner with someone to help me launch it. I'm looking for a business partner who knows web development and database design (think MySpace).
I'm not sort of looking into doing something that might work.
I'm a committed entrepreneur looking for a committed co-founder.
I'm not looking for an employee.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself (because if I were you I would want to know whether my time and energy were going to be spent well).
My relevant experience includes being a Branch Manger and a District Manager. As a branch manager I was directly responsible for marketing, sales, customer service, material budgeting, and production management. As a District Manager I've gained experience recruiting (for one of the most selective internships in the US--I know how to recruit people), managing managers, and mentoring people into success.

Take-Away.
This project is ready now! The market is huge and it's just coming online. People in the industry want a place online where they can network (the industry is very dependent on networking).
