It sounds rather wierd that the processor isn't being correctly identified. I suspect that you may not have the correct motherboard chipset and other device drivers installed as well.
I couldn't find any downloads available for your laptop on Viglen's website:

So it might be a good idea to contact them and ask for a link to where suitable device drivers can be downloaded.
