Develops, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, modifies and installs programs.
Must have
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 5 years design experience for enterprise applications Minimum 5 years graphic design experience Demonstrated expertise in professional, highly efficient user interfaces for both Web and Windows applications Experience creating and maintaining standards and guidelines for user interface design Design experience with localization for global applications strongly preferred Ability to prototype user interface designs using Microsoft Visual Studio or Microsoft Expression Proficient with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, CSS, HTML Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 a plus Coordinate with multiple project teams to ensure user interface consistency across the enterprise Experienced in the design and execution of usability studies Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical personnel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Self-motivated and goal oriented
