Trouble with Malware Alarms Spyware Ran Hijack This

Hello to all,
I just recently encountered some issues on my laptop with a Malware Alarm that I keep getting no matter what type of scans I run on the laptop. I've removed several spyware programs using Advanced Spyware Remover, CCleaner and from reading other forums I downloaded Hijackthis and ran the program to keep a log. I understand that alot of the things that come up on the log are much needed parts of the functionality of the laptop, and that it's best to post the results to find out what items need to be removed. If someone could please assist me with this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

- It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the
registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot. - Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
- Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool
will be running and removing files. - When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and
display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load
your desktop icons. - Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the
contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with
a new HijackThis log

Sorry that I haven't posted a new log but I haven't been able to connect to the internet on the laptop after I updated the McAfee Anti-Virus. I get a connection to the network but I'm getting page cannot be displayed on everything and can't even log on to my messenger. I know I have connection though because I can ping out...any ideas on that?

I would do a system restore back to before you updated McAfee and see how it is then.

Thanks again for all your help thus far. I haven't been getting any popups with that Malware Alarm anymore but I sometimes get a different one. It doesn't happen as constantly but it does happen out of no where at times.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebyt...are_d5756.html) to your desktop.
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.
Make sure that you restart the computer.
The log can also be found here:
