I am in need of a good webdesign company to take on a project. I have been looking through the search engines but all the web design companies seem to be good at designing business sites. The thing is, the site i need designed is more of a hobby site of sorts. I am looking for a company capable of really coming up with some artistic ideas. I have some basic pictures and graphics they can work off of, and i want it to follow a certain look, but i really need a more graphically creative company to design a site for me than the companies i have some across so far. Their examples are just plain boring.

If anyone can give me a link to a company that can do an above average graphical design on a site, i would appreciate it. For that matter, if anyone here is capable, you are welcome to pitch me.

P.S.- I am searching for a good host too, with decent bandwidth/month given the high multimedia content expected of the site.
