Our client is an exciting software company looking for a well-rounded candidate to manage their technical forums.
The Forum Manager will be responsible for forum moderation, including monitoring content, answering questions, referring technical questions to the appropriate technical support person, and light sales and marketing.
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
* knowledge of e-commerce software, products, and terminology
* knowledge of web development, including some programming (HTML, XML, ASP.NET, Java, etc.)
* Excellent written communication skills
* Analytical/Troubleshooting experience
* Should be able to quickly learn proprietary software details
This position can be full or part time.
Contract rate will be based on experience starting at $17/hr. Position will go permanent for the right full-time candidate.
At this time we are unable to sponsor visas. Candidates must be located in the Cleveland, OH area.
