Scripts with error don't display on ISAPI

Any script with an error in it shows up blank on firefox. In IE, however, I get html 500 (internal error). I figure PHP isn't echoing its errors back to the client. Is there a way to set this behavior?

Nobody knows? I'm sure it's quite simple. I've tried searching the PHP site. All I found was the error_reporting function. Doesn't work.

I don't know what I did, but it just stopped showing up blank and started giving me errors.
