Urgent solution needed

I am facing a strange problem with Visual Studio 2005 for few days. While I am surfing online for more than 15 minutes or so, an pop up message shows "An unhelded win32 exception occured in svchost.exe[808]",an error generated by Just in time Debugger,though I disabled Just in Time debugger from Tools-Options-Debugging menu. Now if I click ok on that message, net is getting disconnected(in the sense that no page is opening thereafter) and pc is hanging.If I try to close this pop up window, same result occurs.Any help regarding this will be great for me as I am facing this crisis for quiet a few days .Thanks in advance.
