Hello, lately I've had a very annoying problem with my CD and DVD drives: at a random point, they just dissapear from my "My PC" flder, I can't use them. When I go to the hardware administrator, a ! sign appears next to them; I've tried updating their controlloers, but then it says I have the newwest controllers for those drives.

I can't help it, could you give me a hand?

NOTE: I'm using WindowsXP.
