How to identify model of mobile device via Bluetooth service Records?

Hello All,
I am working on a bluetooth based project and I need to identify model of mobile device. I know we can get the manufacturer of device from first three bytes of bluetooth address. But I am not getting the concept by which model of that device such as "Nokia 6600" can we identified.
Please help me I need it in very urgent.
