Hello!!

I have a 'small' problem.
The thing is that there is a web page, this is the link of it http://www.hr/hrvatska/language, and it is made as it is.
the problem is that I would have to make it work as a wiki, so anyone could easy access and change the pages...for example, now the page functions to have frases in Croatian language, and its translation o English and Russion language, so now if someone knows Spanish for example he should be able to translate the whole page I mean frases form Croatian to Spanish and upload back to the web.....
So if you could help me, how to do that the easiest way, it would be very helpfull because that is my final exam, so I don't expect to do that in 2 days, but if you coud just give me directions....

It's no simple task. A server-side program would have to do this.
