XP Video capture software

I read that XP has built in video capture software. I haven't transferred my video to my computer since I upgraded my computer and the software that came with my camera was for Windows 98 only. Can anyone out there tell me if XP has video capture support?

i have used kind of screen capture software called
ACA Capture Pro , i think it can handle it .
it is pretty good for the person who has to capture abundont images or videos from pages.
