hi there
when im trying to connect to a remote mysql server im getting an error
i searched for it and i came to know that MySQL database server remote access disabled for security reasons by default
and they provided with lot of steps to enable it
the problem is it is also not working
im attaching the page with it

when i want another website on another server to access my db i do it from cpanel.
cpanel - mysql database - near bottom u see
Host (% wildcard is allowed): ip_here [add host]
