Hotmail is working fine for me, but when my mom either replies, forwards, or tries to compose new mail, the bar that usually shows up at the top of the new message where you can choose your font, size, color, etc isn't there. It is just a box with an "X" in it. Could it be something with her computer, since I'm not experiencing the same problems on mine? She tried to send an email to MSN/Hotmail, but it wouldn't go through. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
