Add timer at the buttom of a button

I am desing a POS resturant system, is it possible to add a timer at the buttom of a button so that when the first order is entered the timer will start ?

I konw i how to use the timer the problem is how i am going to add the timer to the bottom of the button.

Your question doesn't make sense in the context of a coding question. What, exactly, do you mean by "bottom of the button"? Do you wish to start the timer in response to the "click" event of a particular button? Are you asking a question about the GUI layout of your application?
