Laptop RAM Upgrade

Hey people!
I've had my laptop for about a year now and feel it is about time i gave it a bit more umph, (or a bit less meh), by upgrading the ram from 256(working at 240) to 512 or more. After doing a couple of searches i've found it can take 1024MG, double spaced 200pin DDR ram, but when i try to google this i get bombarded by other stuff, such as mosel, SODIMM and p/n PA3127U-1M25, and i don't have a clue what I should be looking for. I think i understand about installing RAM in matching pairs but after that i'm stuffed.
The Rig is a Toshiba satellite pro A10 mobile, Celeron 2GHz working on XP Home.
Do i need to worry about this or will any 200pin DDR work? Is it worth spending extra to upgrade to 1024mg? where is the best place to buy cheap RAM?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I perfer Dealram.com to search for good prices. But beware, Check the company's resellerratings.com to see if they are a reputable company or not.
