I woudl greatly appreciate any feedback on the look, feel and useability of my new site DubaiDesk.
I should mention that the site is useable but ugly on 800 x 600 screens. This was a choice - experience with my other sites suggests that the number of people with such screens is far too small to warrant any compromises with site design.

I noticed when I scroll down I lose the content and the scroll doesn't stop. I am using firefox for a browser

I usually hate to be negative and I try to find some redeeming quality in all the sites. But this one has to go back to the drawing board. It needs to be redesigned from ground up.

I have to say that the site needs to be rethought and redone, as previously mentioned. What is the purpose behind it? I don't see one. All there is there is an image displayed on two pages.

Take your time and don't rush it. Everyone has opinions but what do you want the site to be. Sometimes people can be rude, don't listen to em, they'll just kick you when you are down. Rome wasn't built in a day even though some kids think it was. Just stick to it and your website will come to fruition.
