Job Description

The Application Engineer works in the New York office as part of an International team mostly supporting internal firms clients who work directly with advertising agencies, creative shops and Web publishers. It is a web-oriented technical support and troubleshooting position for the firms product and the team acts as a liaison between Account Management and the R&D team. The individual will also assist in internal trainings for firms Account Managers and maintaining the product knowledge base. The application Engineer is also responsible for developing different customizations to our product, according to client needs.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate is a Flash developer who extensively programs in Flash to serve as a specialist.
Programmers with extensive experience in web development will also be considered
3 + years of experience as a Flash programmer
Knowledge of Internet technologies:
High level Java Script and HTML – is a must
ASP and Databases – is an advantage
BA in computer science/other relevant high education – is an advantage
Experience in support role is an advantage but is not a must.
Must be a good developer that has all the relevant technical experience who would like to move into a broader role.
Team player.
Independent with tasks management abilities.
