I have annoying 'Search Results for Poker Online' popups. Pls Help!

I have this recurring problem on annyoing popups. I have downloaded Ad-Aware SE, SpyBot and have ran numerous scans but the popups still comes up.
Currently, Im using Norton Antivirus 2005 and Symantec Personal Firewall.

Uninstall Elite(Tool)Bar from add\remove programs.

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked':

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:

C:\WINDOWS\EliteToolBar-folder

C:\windows\system32\wingym32.exe
Search for p2esocks_1023.dll & delete it too.

Reboot normally after doing the above, rescan with hijackthis making certain that all instances of Internet Explorer are closed, then post that log here please.

Well, the poker online popups have yet to resurface. I have downloaded spywareblaster and enabled all protection.

However, I ran spybot scan twice and a particular problem keep recurring even after i 'fix selected problem'. I have uploaded a print screenshot of the results of the scan. I hope it does not trouble you further, but Im really stumped by this.

You had two instances of Internet Explorer open when you scanned with hijackthis. It must be closed when doing this. .

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked':

Nothing uploaded. If it is the DSO exploit & your Microsoft updates are current, set Spybot to ignore the exploit as it is a bug within the program. If not, ignore this .
