hey wats up i just got into the techie buisness anybody got some tips/advice u could give me? I want to repair computers but dont know what gear i should buy and how to start out

I assume you have some experience, so I'm surprised at the question.
I carry lots of stuff, but I try to avoid doing serious repairs in the field.
This kind of kit might help:

In addition:
Canned AIr
Boot disks with troubleshooting tools
Blank Cd/DVD
Flash Drive/USB Drive for copying files
Laptop (For downloading files)
BS, PH, CIB

Ya, canned air is a must. I also suggest finding a anti-virus you like and keep it on a flash drive or CD. I Like AVG 8.0 because it is free and not too bad for being free.

A linux livecd is also essential. get one with Gparted and the ability to read/write NTFS as well as some SAM crackers to remove forgotten windows passwords.
