Reducing size of dotnetfx

Hi all ,
I m developing an ClickOnce application in c# (vs2005).Is there any method of reducing the size of dotnetfx sothat it will take least time to install at client machine(Means method of installing only those components that I m using in my application and skip the rest ones).
