The skin looks nice, almost a java-ish looking skin. You should probaly move the text that is right under the "contact us" section towards the top.

The site is not bad, but what's with the name? It sounds foreign and has no bearing on the business. If it is your name use it for a blog but not for a serious business.

It looks good but just like hundreds of other real estate sites. I think it's about time someone made one with a flair of some personality in it. All these price tags and percentage signs thrown around it do not appeal to me.

What would you propose? It is a real estate site offering to save thousands. How else do you push that message? With ice cream and lollipops?
