Hi,

When I am trying to download and install applications for example itunes or firefox there is just nothing happening.

When I click t run the application the download takes place but when the install wizard should pop up nothing appears.

I have tried to save instead of running but when the download completes and then look in the area where I have selected to save to there is nothing there, as if the download has never taken place.

This issue has only just happened I had been able to download before. It started after I went through my programs and features and deleted some application, so not sure if I have deleted something that I need.

Any help will be appreciated

You are probably using Internet Explore right? try a system restore before the problem happened...
