Send SMS in cellphone using VB.net

Hello everyone!!!

I am currently working in sending messages in cellphone using vb.net....the sim card I am using is SMART(In philippines), I am just curious if I can make an application like this..If yes then, what are the things I need to have and if ever there is a good site to where I can learn about this application, I hope you give me that site..

No, not unless your PC is a Nix system ( and if it was, you wouldnt be coding in VB.net, and would most likely have an answer that is helpful to you by now ) and you can code in Python or some other server-side Nix enabled language.
