hi
m using natemail dw version (mindpalette.com) to process a form. m using dreamweaver cs3 to create the form.
in the form i have created a list/menu with around 7 options. the user will choose one of the options. my options are:
You are:
1. Distributor/Agent
2. Manufacturer
3. Hospital/Nursing Home
4. Doctor
5. EMS Provider
6. Blood Bank
7. Other (please specify):
if the user choose 7th options i.e. Other, I want some input area where user can type which category he is.
i have no clue how to achieve that. m a designer and have no nowledge of coding. i created this form successfully using pdf help but don't know how to manage this thing that i mentioned above.
plz help.
