Increase indent does not work

I can't seem to get the 'increase indent' button to work I suppose I could use the
wrap quote around text
button that is not what I want to do,
trying the indent here
- nope still does not work.

b-t-b, is there a [strikeout] [/strikeout] kind of marking?
