ok im having this problem.
i have a function in which i have to create a triangle using *'s. The user inputs the base and height of the triangle and from that im supposed to print out the shape. Ive been playing with for, and while loops and cant seem to figure it out. Also im not allowed to use string, basically all i can use to solve this is for and while loops.
if anyone has any ideas or solutions it would be greatly appreciated...
