Hi

Some things you need to do first.

I see you have Spybot S&D, update it and run a scan. Do the same with Adaware, which you can find in my sig below.

You are running an out of date version of Hijackthis, please download the current version, again in my sig.

Create a folder called HijackThis in My Documents and unzip Hijackthis.exe into that folder. This is so you can keep the backups it makes.

Now with all internet browsers closed run a scan with Hijackthis then post the new log.
