Please Help!!!! its Urgent.. Video ThumbNail

Hi All,
m very new to ASP.Net, but creating one social network site.
m saving Video path in database and Video at Server, but when i display it i want to show just an image first and after clicking on it it ll show video.
So i want to save thumbnail of video to server only. So Please tell how i can.
Even i tried FFMPEG but its not working. Please give me in details if anyone can...
Please Help!!!! its Urgent...
