Trouble networking 2nd main user with laptop
![]() |
I've got a crazy networking situation that I need help with.
I have networked the main computer with a laptop. User number 1 files can be seen, opened and worked with on the laptop and the laptop on the main.
Quickbooks has been mapped so that it can be seen, opened and worked with on both computers.
The problem comes in with user 2. We can see her on the laptop but we cannot open the files.
Both user 1 and 2 are listed as administrators. All passcodes have been removed. Simple file sharing is set. We have Win XP on both computers.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks
