I run spybot and click fix selected, rerun it and same five come up. any ideas? or is this something I just don't understand about spybot?

If your Windows Updates are current, this is most likely due to a glitch in Spybot and you can set it to ignore DSO Exploits. Have a look at this thread:

Yup- the SpyBot "DSO Exploit" issue is well known and documented, although still not fixed AFAIK.
