"this page cannot be displayed"

I have Windows XP Pro with SP2. I don't know if my problem of not being able to access certain sites is related to the SP2 or not. When I try to access www.aesuccess.org or www.pheaa.org I get "This page cannot be displayed...Cannot find server or DNS Error..Internet Explorer "
I have adjusted my security settings, ran Spybot, Adaware, CWShredder and finally hijackthis. Below is my log I really hope someone can help. I have been trying different things that I have been reading online about similar problems but nothing is helping.
