Hi - We are DESPERATELY trying to put org charts with live links into our intranet, and are running into snags. We get it uploaded, we can recognize it from the url, but when we put it in the proper place on the intranet, it doesn't recognize the live link, and the html image that was uploaded shows up as a broken link. We are DESPERATELY in need of someone well versed in php & mysql & html to come into our office for a couple hours to instruct us. Please contact me at karl@auditable.biz., or call me at 818-761-1376. We are willing to pay, and there is always the possibility of more work.
Hi,
I might help you online cause I'm not in USA. But I need to ask you some questions like your web server (Intranet one), as far as I understand you fetch the URLs to images from MySQL (correct me if I'm wrong) and the images too are uploaded to right URLs which come from MySQL (which are all (web serv, uploaded images, mysql) on Intranet. I didn't get what you mean from proper place but one thing I can suggest is to look at the source of pahe on the browser (right click-view source) check if the URL for the image in the source is correct, and if it is then try to copy/past that url (of image which doesn't show up) to address bar on your browser. If the URL coming to the source on the client browser is incorrect problem is at PHP&MySQL part. If not problem is at web serv., upload part.
You can PM or e-mail me too.
