I have been trying to design this website for along time and everyone who takes the project lets me down they all say the same things we wont let you down we are very good and will deliver what we promise on time and within budget.



Thae biggest problem i have is the just stop talking to me or answering my e-mail.i have had all the excuses from my aunt died to the electricity whent off in my country



I am tierd of all this and dont want to hear it.



so i am once again looking for someone to build this website for me.

the website is an estate agent website with options to chat live and for members to personalise there own page. members can also upload videos to the site.



i have a limited budget as i have sent money paying developers in advance but got nothing back so now the budget is $1200



I need someone who can work quickly and efficiently to complete the project as quickly as posible would prefer a month



no excuses and you only get one chance



I do NOT pay anything upfront and willonly pay on completion
