I think I should be because I have experience in forums for example I used to be moderator on a couple of hosting forums before.

Is this a paid job, if so, I'll be willing to help moderate the forums. I have much experience in the web building world. I made 2 attempts at beginning a hosting company but due to various reasons, both were acquitted.

About Myself: I am a 16 year old male from Delaware, USA. I have skills intermediate skills in PHP and MySQL, with advanced follow-ups in HTML Coding and Photoshop 7 graphic creations. I am a very laid back person and have much of a sense of humor, who doesn't enjoy a good laugh every now and then, so I am very humorous with most of my postings. I have had past experiences of webhosting, but quitted both of them due to determining issues. I have knowledge with building PC's and installing and connecting PC's, not to mention marketing skills for advertising and capturing lots of attention.

Why Would I Be Good: I can attract attention to the forums and keep an active community, the pride and joy of a forum is to keep the members happy and active, make them wanting to come back for more. I have had many past experiences with web forums, as I was a administrator to 3 different forums and kept them all active. 2 of which were mines and many of the members lacked out after an server failure and another one is with Ultimate-Forums and Lack-of-Sanity forums, the owner decided to close both of them so I did not have much time to active the forums up. I would be a great asset to your forums and I have my own PC and am on MOST OF THE TIME. I am also in the process of beginning my own clothing store which I am using osCommerce and need to code some things out but can keep an active forum.

My Recommendations: I would like for this to be a paid position as I am a well known person good for moderating. Anyway, that's my only recommendation. Thanks again.

Experience-
I have had my own two forums running before i closed them down due to some problems.In the mean while i have worked with other websites as in moderator and co-admin.A website needs good members than good staff or anything.
Good members comes from advertisement of the website and networking.But all in all website needs good staff as well perhaps to run properly.
Good site needs nice layout,easily understand with any bug features last but not the least good guidance.

I have worked out my websites with phpnuke and e107 therefore you can say i have knowledge about the both.

A little bit about yourself-
I am a cute guy with lots of girls around me but hey i gotta gf and so yah.I am a computer geek i prefer to be polite always.
I enjoy programming and i have been into programmer's section of staffs in few websites too.

Why you should be picked-
