Ok this is an on going probelm that i thought was sorted by removing Nero!!

The computer re-starts after a serious error each time i try to listen, burn, copy etc either a cd or dvd.... before now it happened every 3rd disk. The guy i got the comp from told me to un-instal Nero, this worked it stopped crashing!

I needed a different cd/dvd copying suite so i tried one recomended by download.com and it started happening again!!!

is there any cd/dvd suite that works well and wont crash the comp????????

Thanks

Zoe

my opinion is you have another issue and not a problem with burning software .i have owned many burners since 1997 and have use nero for years on many different computers and never had it crash my computer ,i think maybe its a problem with the burner ,not the software .
