How to easy get System Config and Info?

Hi All. So my problem is that, I need make computer inventerization on paper, but it`s took so long, so I think about some batch file or something. Maybe someone has anytime was that kind problem?

I need get info:
Computer Specification
What kind programms installed
Some information about users
Information about printers, which are attached to PC
Did have music, video, picture files in computer etc.
(Win XP, Win 95, Win 98, Win 2000)

Maybe someone have any suggestions for some this kind programm or something? How you guys make computer inventerization on office computers?

Hello JaBa,
Try using Knoppix - its free download !
Use Knoppix 3.7 if you don't have SATA drives or
Knoppix 5.1.1 if you have.
If you don't know Linux get yourself a book
Knoppix Hacks by Kyle Rankin
everything you need is explained in it and much more ...
