hi, i new to this forum and win03+networking+hosting

i have design a website where using html+aspx(VS08), i have no problem with localhost using winXP+ iis5(if not wrong), n have some question n problem to ask the expert over here

1. when come to win03, the activex controls blocked my flash saying that "your current security settingd prohibit activex controls on this page, as result, the page may not display correctly" i try go internet options to change some setting but it still the same, maybe i miss somthing i not sure and my aspx page are are working cuz i cant call using the address bar, but the html page can load, maybe i have not istall the VS08. (going to try later)

2. i not sure how to set the dns or networking thing on win03, cuz my winXP connect to the route, didn't pass thu the server(win03), so i dun need the dns now, but i'm going to regsiter other isp where using static ip, so i have 2 different line in 2weeks time. so do i need the dns thing after the 2nd line install to connect internet? be4 the 2nd line install i wan to try host it for test so for 2nd line i can easily set up not wasting my money.

wat i have now -2 computer (win XP and win2003) - adsl+router, the both are in the same network

i trying use my winxp to connect the webpage on the win03, i have write the ip add of the win03 but saying cant find page. i know there must be some setting to do with the iis just abit lazy to read or miss some important path from some ebook i have read.
totally no idea how it work

3. if above problem solved, then how i point the domian to my isp IP address?, or how do i host the webpage online so other can veiw my page?, i have already register a domain.

if u need more information on wat i have or wat i know pls ask
cuz i maybe miss something
