Cannot find server or DNS error - please help!!!!

I have Windows XP and having trouble accessing some website from my computer. One is www.overture.com, which I can access from another computer, and comcast.net. I really need access to Overture to run my business - please help!!!! I have run spware blaster, adaware, clearned out my browser cache

Hi.
Since this is your first post, I'm sure you didn't notice the announcement at the top of the forum stating that all hijackthis logs should be posted in the Security forum. There the security experts can take a look at your log and help you get things straightened out. While you are waiting, you could run Adaware and Spybot scans if you haven't already done so, and let them fix anything they find. Then rescan with hijackthis with all other browser windows closed and post a fresh log in the Security forum.
